  • Round Steak (~16 x 1/2" steaks)
  • Chuck Roast (~6-8 x 3 lb, roasts)
  • Shoulder Roast (~6-8 x 3 lb roasts)
  • Rump Roast (~6 x 3 lb roasts)
  • Sirloin Tip (~6 x 3 lb packages)
  • Stew Meat (~8-12 lbs)
  • Short Ribs (~4 x 6 pieces)
  • Ground Beef (~160 x 1 lb packages)
